1. Quotes & Contract

When you contact petermeans.com, we may be able to give you a quick ballpark quote if your project is basic, and does not require further research. Firm quotes are made after discussing and researching your project at length. Firm quotes are e-mailed to you in a PDF file, along with our working contract, which details your specific services.

2. Hosting and Domain Names

If needed, we will work with you to acquire hosting and domain names for your site.

3. Content, and Rough Layouts

After we receive all site content from you (text, photos, etc.) you should receive rough layouts in about 1-2 weeks. The rough layouts will be static graphics and will not be interactive.

4. Site Design

Once the final graphic direction has been finalized, we will then design the home page and a few inside pages as working web pages. You will be given the opportunity to preview these pages live on the web, hidden from the publics eyes. Upon your okay, the rest of the site will be designed.

5. Final Okay

Upon your final okay, your site will be uploaded to your domain for a final check. Sites are usually ready to go live in about 3-4 weeks from when we receive all of your site content.

6. Testing Period

For a period of two weeks, your site will be tested and any necessary changes will be made free of charge. After this period, changes to your site are charged a fee of $45 per hour for maintenance and updates.
